We respect your privacy. Below we explain in plain language who is responsible for your data, what data we collect and what rights you have.
The controller of your personal data is Michał Kozyra, a sole trader operating under the business name Hurtownia „ARKA MK” Kozyra Michał, 17 Wyspiańskiego Street, 35-111 Rzeszów, Poland, tax identification number (NIP) 8131389586, statistical number (REGON) 690677768.
Contact regarding data: tel. +48 17 853 65 11, e-mail kontakt@arka-mk.pl.
This website is purely informational – it has no contact forms, no user accounts and no online shop. Browsing the site does not require you to provide any data.
We receive your data only when you contact us yourself – by e-mail, by phone or in person. This is usually your name, e-mail address, phone number, the content of your message and, in the case of orders, your company details and the information needed to issue an invoice.
Providing your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your enquiry or process an order.
We keep correspondence for as long as it takes to handle the matter and for the period in which related claims may be raised. Accounting documents are kept for 5 years, as required by tax law.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with other companies for marketing purposes. Data may only be entrusted to parties that help us run our business: our hosting and e-mail providers, our accounting office, courier companies and – where the law requires it – authorised public authorities.
As a rule, we process your data on servers located within the European Economic Area. If, in connection with the IT tools that support our work (such as e-mail or cloud office services), data were to be transferred outside the EEA, this takes place solely with the safeguards required by the GDPR – on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
The website does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not profile visitors. Only technical cookies necessary for the site to display correctly may be stored; you can delete or block them at any time in your browser settings. The server hosting the website keeps standard logs (including IP address and visit date) used solely for technical and security purposes.
The website contains links to external services (e.g. Google Maps). Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that website’s owner applies.
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to have it erased or its processing restricted, to object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand).
To exercise these rights, simply write to kontakt@arka-mk.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
If the way we process data changes, we will update this page and change the update date shown above.
